A Gentle Fall Reset: Making Space for Me Again
Finding My Way Back to Me: Prioritizing Movement + Wellness This Fall 🤍
Becoming a mom changed so much about the way I see my body and my health. For the past several months, my focus has naturally been on recovering, caring for my baby, adjusting to motherhood, and eventually returning to work. Now that fall is here, I’ve been feeling ready to intentionally make a little more space for myself again.
Not because I need to “get my old body back,” but because I want to feel strong, energized, confident, and at home in my body.
For me, that looks like getting back into a consistent movement routine, nourishing myself with simple meals, staying hydrated, getting outside when I can, and finding little pockets of time to take care of myself, even on the busiest days. I’m reminding myself that wellness doesn’t have to be all-or-nothing. Sometimes it’s a full workout, and sometimes it’s a 20-minute walk between meetings. Both count.
This season, I’m focusing less on doing everything perfectly and more on being intentional with the things that make me feel good.
If you’re also in a season of starting again, whether that’s postpartum, returning to work, preparing for pregnancy, or simply feeling ready to reconnect with yourself, I hope you’ll remember that you don’t have to overhaul your life to take better care of yourself. Start small, start where you are, and let those little choices add up 🤍
