Sandra Daher, founder of SandraDeeWellness.com and “The Better You Project”, guides women through being the best version of themselves.

Find the best version of yourself through time blocking.

Sandra guides you to organize your life so that you’re doing what you love but also getting all the things done that need to get done.

“ I help people organize their life, add essential oils into routine, and incorporate all the areas of wellness.  So I try to be that safe space to let it all out, reorganize, and become the best version of themself.

For me, it started back in college when I was taking full credit semesters, in a sorority, on a dance team, kind of drowning. But, I loved all of those activities and I wanted to do all those things that made me happy.  So, I got a planner and I started to block time in my calender what I was going to do each day.

So fast forward, being a mom of 4 trying to plan meals and do all the house things.  I felt like I was drowning again.  I knew I needed to get that old habit back in my life, so I started.  I even included “wake up kids” but I write down the week before and check in the night before.  I make sure I have scheduled in what I need to do for myself, how I’m going to block in things I love, and things that are my priority.  By doing this, blocking out time, your hours and minutes don’t get the best of you.  Instead you’re being very intentional about your time.

If you think about someone awake at 7 and going to bed at 10, that’s 15 hours.  You may think planning every moment of that sounds like prison, but actually it frees up so much time.  It does the opposite of what you think, you’re making time for the things you love.”

Time blocking creates time freedom.

“Often as moms, we feel like we’re time chasing. Constantly playing catch up, feeling depleted.  This is why having another set of eyes on your calendar (Sandra) to help you see your heart in your days, is so valuable.

The first place I always start is by having people open their planner/calender and looking to see how many times the priorities; people and activities, I call them the big rocks, are even in there?   99% of the time there are no big rocks in there.

Days turn into weeks, weeks turn into months, months turn into years

and we look back and think “where did the time go, what did we do to connect to the most important people and activities?”  Maybe it’s time to re look at your calendar and plan for a life you love.

It doesn’t have to fly by,  it can be intentional.

Yes, it will change.  There will be snow storms, car breakdowns, grocery store issues.

You shift and learn how to create the foundations to make quick shifts without derailing.

A lot of the questions I ask are getting at your heart.  It’s a conversation of discovery of what you’re really doing and what you want to do.  And is it scheduled in.

So many women are interested in oils, but they buy a box and use them for the first week and let them collect dust.  I love to show women how to integrate oils into a lifestyle and routine.  We train and prep incorporating these oils into all aspects of the day.  Make coffee, set out a diffuser with oils.  Get out my journal, roll on oils.  Kids get in bed, apply oils.

It’s the same for all the tasks, if it’s intentionally scheduled you will use the natural health solutions.

So, my work is awesome because I get to give people back their time.  It’s a gift to help people see how to fill their time with people and activities they love and helping them better their health and wellness. “
