Taking off somewhere fun this summer? Whether it’s a short trip or an extended vacation, episode 160 has some helpful tips for making travel more comfortable and less chaotic.   1. Pack Properly (Did you know essential oils are allowed on an airplane?)

  2. Label your oils

  3. Use protective packaging

  4. Keep oils in a cool environment

  5. Be mindful of others (reminder: essential oils are aromatic and can affect others around you! Be considerate of small and shared spaces!)

  6. ensure airlines policies haven’t changed
