The Worst Part of Having Covid

Honestly the worst part of having Covid was feeling crazy! I was so thankful to one of the coaches on The Well that had just had it and talked me through the roller coaster!
I got covid on my birthday… my 44th! Great timing, huh?!

I started with no symptoms but aches continued to progress but I didn’t really feel awful until days 8-10.
