Moms Back to School Survival Guide

Money Mindset-34.png

We have never experienced a Back to School season like this one in 2020, have we?

Will we have school?

Should we send the kids or do virtual?

We they stay well?

Are we doing the right thing!?

Parents have had a lot of decisions to make and need a Daily Survival Plan for...

                       Moms + Covid + School

Meditation/Prayer

Lie still upon waking and imagine a healing/calming light entering the top of your head and traveling to every part of your body, generating loving warmth, protection and healing for the day ahead.

Detox Tea

Boil water and sip on your favorite morning tea with a couple drops of doterra On Guard and /or Lemon essential oils while gathering the kids for their day.

Diffuse, Diffuse, Diffuse

At home, or the office, choose oils you find the most grounding and calming,  I personally love Balance, Adaptive or Anchor but you may love Lavender, Wild Orange or Anise...switch it up and reap the benefits of detoxing your air and mind.

Roller Balls

Have your favorite essential oil roller balls around your house, car, office and purse so you can re-center and calm your stress when it tries to creep into your day.  Adaptive is my go-to for this!

Essential Oil Cocktail Hour

You have picked up the kids, you are in for the night, and it's time to make dinner.  Treat yourself to an essential oil infused cocktail!   A few favorites are:

      *  Lavender  Lemon Drop Martini

 3 ounces Vanilla Vodka + 1 ounce simple syrup + ½ fresh squeezed lemon +2 drops lavender oil

       * Strawberry Basil Margarita

 Margarita Mix + muddled strawberries + 1 to 2 drops basil essential oil
